1. When are the SQC Meetings usually held?

The SQC meets monthly, September through June, Most of our Technical Meetings are held on Sundays or Tuesdays Evenings. We inform our members about these meetings, Subject & Location, one week in advance through the Email and SMS Messages.

2. How else can I get information on what is happening in the Council??

The Council announce all its activities in the website , Also we mention it in "Quality Focus" our Bi-monthly newsletter, we send the Electronic copy to all members, we also distribute the hard copy in our monthly technical meetings, If you would like a copy of the newsletter, Please click on the Quality Focus section.

3. What is the best way to contact the SQC?

We do our best to reply as soon as possible; your fastest answer can be obtained by looking through the FAQ section. We are often updating it and it has most of the answers to the questions people ask. When we get a new question, we try to incorporate the answer into the FAQ. When you have a question that cannot be answered by the FAQ, then by all means contact us. The best way to do this is to click on "Contact Us" link. You can communicate directly with any one of our officers, all their contact information are available in SQC Executive Officers section.

4. How do I join SQC?

All you need to do is to click on Individual membership section and fill the Application form and submit it. Also you can join by filling the application which is available during our monthly meetings.

5. What are the Membership Benefits?

Please click to Individual Membership section. There you find detail about the Membership Benefits.

6. How do I join as a Corporate Member?

Please click to the Corporate Membership section and fill the Corporate Membership Form. We will contact you to submit the special file, which include all the details regarding the membership "Categories & Benefits".

7. How much does SQC Individual Membership cost?

For Individual Membership there are two categories: Student 100 SR/year Normal Individual membership 200 SR/year Special discount rate for individual membership fees 300 SR/year for Two year

8. How can I pay the Membership Fees?

All membership fees paid in Cash during our monthly Technical Meetings or through our Marketing Office : OK for Trading & Marketing

9. Can I pay the Membership Fees by credit cards?

No sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

10. How do I update my address or other contact information?

We encourage our member to update their contact information regularly, so we can communicate with them. Please make the update through the membership form in the membership section, All our communication will be done through the Email and we rarely use the fax or any other means.

11. Where do I find details about the Monthly Meetings?

Click on 'Technical Meetings' in the top navigation bar or look for News & Events section. Usually our latest news will be posted in the main page.

12. Can I participate in Technical Meetings with out been a member in SQC?

Yes you can, our objective behind those meetings is to spread quality knowledge for the whole society, but there is a small registration fee to attend such meetings, which 50 SR for non member. However, Members attend most of the Technical Meetings FREE of COST.

13. Do I need to register for the Monthly Technical Meeting?

No pre-registration is required. We welcome you all the time. However, should you desire to get an attendance certificate issued for the event which comes at a nominal cost, you must notify in advance of the event. Don't be late, because the auditorium usually fills up! Bring your membership card if you are a member for the discount fees.

14. Is all the presentations are available on the website?

SQC makes Technical Meeting Presentations available for downloading in “Archival of Presentation” Section of this website. However, they are not all the presentations that were delivered in SQC Technical Meetings. Should you need any other presentation that is not listed in the Archival Section, you may please contact us at Info@sqc.org.sa with details of the Presentation required.

15. How can I participate in the SQC activities?

Come to a meeting and meet other members. Publish a quality-related article or news event in the "Quality Focus" newsletter. We encourage you to be a member in our society so you can receive all the membership benefits.

16. Can I advertise my business to the SQC members?

Yes, you can place an ad in the Quality Focus or "Afaq Aljowdah" the Arabic version newsletter, on the Website, or both. The Quality Focus newsletter reaches about 500 quality professionals monthly. Contact Eng. Abdullah Turkistani for advertising rates and details.
